Came to Louisville for a show at the Palace and decided to make reservations here for dinner. WOW, this restaurant is fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome! Definitely in our top 5 Lousville restaurants! We had such a good dinner we were even talking about it the next day. Thanks for a fantastic dining experience and you are now saved in my Favorite places to eat!

Ross was my waiter this evening and man was he the best! He was super knowledgeable of the menu and answered all my questions happily and perfectly. I went with his recommendations and he did not miss! From the oysters to the butter cake with a cappuccino, I was not led astray once. Apart from the great food and drinks, Ross made this a memorable experience to where I WILL be back next time I am in town.

We enjoyed everything we tried here. Loved the atmosphere (a little loud but that was the crowd, not by design). Lowered lighting atmosphere but dimmable to bright color change lights on each table were welcome! Highly recommend giving Brendon's Catch a try. The food was delicious! Excellent!

This is a Louisville must do! Great food and a great ambiance! Extremely happy with this choice! My wife and I were in town for the weekend looking to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. We were looking for a seafood restaurant within walking distance to our hotel. We found Brendon’s catch 23 and booked a reservation same day. We were fortunate and were seated early. The team put on a personal touch by acknowledging our anniversary by printing it on our menu. We had the pleasure of having Makala as our server and she did not disappoint! Never kept us waiting, was helpful in our selections and made us feel welcome the whole time we were there. We started with the Chilean sea bass arancini. For a main I recommend the Chilean Sea bass! I paired that with their house special smoked old fashion. It tasted phenomenal! My wife had the twin lobster tails with the bachelor in paradise cocktail and we shared a truffle fry. All was cooked perfectly and delicious. We will definitely go back our next visit to Louisville.

Ross was a fantastic waiter. He was very knowledgeable of the menu. The drinks were amazing! Ross fixed me up with some sort of spicy gin and cucumber drink. My husband had a smoked old fashioned. We had sea bass and risotto fried ball appetizers, which were again... incredible! Our entrees were crab cakes (spouse said one of the best he's ever had) and halibut, which was cooked to perfection. The dessert was to die for! It was a butter cake with a gooey center, and the most incredible bourbon ice cream! This is a must do restaurant!

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and we had an amazing time! The cocktails were great, and the food was fantastic! Our waiter Roman was great, and the dessert is a must. Warm butter cake. The atmosphere inside is very nice as well. All 5 stars, highly recommend!!

d an absolutely amazing experience at Brendon’s Catch 23! From the moment we sat at the bar, everything was perfect. We were fortunate to have Ross as our bartender (yes, like the one from Friends!), and he truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. Make sure to ask for Ross; you won’t be disappointed! The service was seamless, with the team, including Morse, ensuring our glasses were never empty by promptly delivering our second round of drinks without us having to ask. It’s this attention to detail that makes the service stand out. As for the food, it was simply exquisite. She ordered the Halibut, we split it, and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. The hint of smokiness in the dish elevated it to a whole new level, making it a memorable meal that I’ll be raving about for a long time. We also tried the New York Strip, and it too was flawlessly prepared. I highly recommend Brendon’s Catch 23 for anyone looking for a dining experience that combines excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and food that’s in a league of its own. A big shoutout to Ross, Morse, and the entire team for making our visit truly special!

Absolutely amazing restaurant and dining experience. My wife and I dined there for our 34th wedding anniversary. We walked into the restaurant without reservations, but the host was very accommodating. Our server Ross, was absolutely the best. He went over menu choices in great detail and with enthusiasm. Our pre-dinner, the smoked old fashioned was one of the best we’ve had. We started with a bowl of clam chowder and the calamari. Both were delicious and recommended. I settled on the bone-in rib eye for my main course and my had the sea bass. The meal was capped off with the butter cake for dessert. We walked away very satisfied and are determined to return on our next visit to Louisville. I’d be remiss if I did not highlight the menus they gifted us, with our names on it, for our anniversary. Thank you Ross!!
